We recently introduced the sharing of settings via ini files for our PDFCreator business editions. In our maintenance release PDFCreator 3.5.1 this feature has been improved. So far it has only been possible to edit shared settings and templates with a work-around as it wasn't possible to change predefined settings after loading. In order to make this a lot easier, we have implemented a group policy that allows the edting of shared settings.
In addtions, PDFCreator 3.5.1 comes with the following changes:
- PDFCreator Business and PDFCreator Terminal Server: Fixed setting passwords if print dialog is skipped
- The lost <Last used profile> printer mapping is recovered
- "Save" is the preselected button in the print job window to proceed immediately by pressing enter
- After editing profiles, the print job window sets the last edited profile
- Fixed navigation to profiles tab from "Edit" in the print job window
- Fixed an error that could happen when printing a lot of files from the context menu
- Fixed "Don't show quick Actions until the next update" which sometimes wasn't applied
